But wait, there's more!
This page is designed to give players some information on areas they might have missed or forgotten about during the playthrough of Pokémon Stratus that have some cool bonus features.
SPOILER ALERT!!!
If you have not finished playing Pokémon Stratus (by beating the Elite Four and Champion), PLEASE do not read further! This page is ONLY intended for those players who beat the game, and want to check to make sure they played all the content, as some areas are only accessible after the Elite Four.
Also, you may have already found some or all of these areas on your own. If so, good for you! You can disregard this page, or use it to double-check to make sure you found all the hidden bonus features.

1. Message in a Bottle
This one might be a little obvious, but I included it just in case. Right after you obtain Dive from Delilah, explore the depths of Lake Izahtu. To the western portion of the bottom of the lake, you can take a path to explore the depths of the river that runs through Bocan Town. If you follow this river bottom, you will find a message in a bottle that begins a fun little side-quest. I recommend doing this bonus feature first, due to the unique prize for its completion.
2. Plume Village's Mysterious Cavern
You begin the game in Plume Village, a quiet and peaceful town on the outskirts of the Carter Forest. Could this tranquil town hold a secret? Maybe even three?
After you obtain Dive from Delilah, the 8th gym leader, you will be able to plunge into the depths of the water inside the seemingly empty Mysterious Cavern. This will open up access to three hidden caverns, the Ice Cavern, the Rock Cavern, and the Steel Cavern. As veteran Pokémon players may have guessed, these caverns house the mighty relic Pokémon Regice, Regirock, and Registeel, respectively. Make sure to bring plenty of Pokéballs!

3. The Blessing of Coocaro Village
There's an strange woman in the center of Coocaro Village who tells you about a blessing that the village received long ago. She then mentions that maybe it wasn't so long ago, hinting at time travel. If you come back after defeating the 8th gym, you can teleport to the Ilex Forest, where you can encounter Celebi. Be careful and make sure to save, because you won't be allowed to come back after you return to Coocaro Village!
4. Pyla Island
This one is very hard to miss, unless you don't keep playing the game right after you beat the Champion. If you let the game load again, you will be in your room in Plume Village. Upon going downstairs, your Mom informs you that some explorers finally chartered a safe route through the ocean to reach Pyla Island. The route is dangerous, and can only be traveled via boat, much like the boat that sails out of Cryselia Town.
Upon reaching the island, a mysterious book lies dormant on the small, rocky island. The book quizzes you over what you value most, and depending on your answer, you will be allowed to battle one of the Lake Spirit Pokémon, Uxie, Mesprit, or Azelf. Choose carefully, as you are only able to obtain one! After your battle, the book will disappear.

5. Waterfall Cavern
Did you ever notice that a portion of Route 1 is blocked off by Rock Smash and Strength rocks? Blasting away the Rock Smash rocks allows you to obtain a TM, but coming back with Strength reveals something even more powerful. A man blocks the entrance to the Waterfall Cavern that looms in Bocan Town's backdrop, but by becoming the Champion, you are allowed entrance. Inside resides the powerful legend Mewtwo, who is ready for battle!
6. Route 5 Ruins
Hopefully you remember when you first met Marco, the Champion of Wako. If not, it was in the Mysterious Ruins on Route 5, just before Dunsten Town. If you cared enough to read the engravings inside the ruins, they read, "The eyes of the Champion are bright, and see what most do not..." If you did not read them, you must not have caught the mini-spoiler of meeting Marco there for the first time. While you are not the Champion, the cave entrances just circle you around to the other side of the main room, and go nowhere. However, once you become the Champion, the caves reveal something a little different.
The western entrance will reveal the Blue Orb, and the eastern entrance the Red Orb. Taking the Blue Orb will reveal a chamber to the Cave of Origin, where you can face off with the mighty Kyogre. However, the Red Orb will disappear. Taking the Red Orb will reveal a different chamber to the Cave of Origin, one where you can battle Groudon. In this instance, the Blue Orb will disappear. Choose wisely!

7. An Epic Final Showdown!
Once you have beaten the Elite Four, tour the Junet Metropolis again. One of the complexes that was previously closed to all those who were not tenants can now be visited. Inside, you will find the Creator's Office and the creator of Pokémon Stratus, me! I will challenge you to a battle, one that will be the toughest in the entire game. This battle takes on the likeness of Red's challenge in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal by being even harder than the Champion! I won't go down easily!
